     My immediate thoughts when i first viewed this music video is that the introduction was creative, and attractive for the viewer, causing them to want to see more of the video. The acting in the beginning of the video also makes the video much more enjoyable and helps the viewer to be focused.

     I think that this artist created this music video and this song in order to show others that Jesus Christ died on the cross for the their sins. I think that the theme in this music video shows that Trip Lee is a journalist and has been given the task of finding out about the "invasion" that everybody has been talking about. The music video also shows that as he investigated the people who talked about the "Hero", his life changed. He began to understand what the invasion really was and understood those people's lives and what made them different and he became one of them. These people in the music video are known as Christians. This music video does align with Gospel values because the song shows what Jesus did on the cross to forgive us of our sins and that he is our saviour and our hero in our times of need.

     Trip Lee may have been influenced to create this music video and this song by feeling the urge to spread the message of God's love to people around the world who may or may not be hip-hop lovers. Trip Lee may also have been influenced by God to create this song so that others may get to know him and his love.

     This music video also shows how music videos today differ from music videos in the past through the introduction it makes, through the acting in the beginning, and the acting throughout the music video that created a story. The lyrics and the visuals in the music video work very well together because as the song continues, the acting continues the story that was introduced at the beginning of the video as Trip Lee goes from person to person asking and interviewing them about the "invasion" and the "hero" that they talk about.

     In conclusion, my chosen music video has helped me see what the song was trying to say through the analogy of the reporter/journalist so that i could better understand what the song title, "Invasion" meant. Therefore, the music video helped the song be something easier to understand.
